Classification of masking tape

Masking tape is a roll of adhesive tape made of masking paper and pressure-sensitive adhesive as the main raw materials. The pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated on the masking paper, and the other side is coated with anti-sticking material. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, good resistance to chemical solvents, high adhesion, soft and compliant, and no residual adhesive left after tearing. The industry generally calls it masking pressure-sensitive adhesive tape

Classification Masking tape can be divided into:

1. Low Temperature Painter’s Tape

2. Medium temperature automotive tape

3. High temperature masking tape.

The main purpose of crepe paper

Normal temperature masking tape: room temperature decoration spray paint covering, light object wrapping, light object fixing, lint removal, packaging, etc.

Medium temperature masking tape: car spray paint covering, paint coating covering, etc.

High temperature masking tape: high temperature spray paint, paint, electronics industry, etc.

High temperature resistant tape

Heat resistance: 250℃

Application: good viscosity, high temperature resistance, widely used in PC board tinning process to maintain gold fingers, electronic components such as: ceramic capacitors, polyester capacitors, metallized capacitors, thermistors and other product manufacturing process braiding, etc.
