Order Elimination

If your order has not been processed, we will help you make changes to the item you want to replace.
Orders can be canceled as long as the order has not been shipped. A 10% cancellation fee is charged to customers who want to cancel their order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

How to return an item

You should contact Yifuli within 30 days of the original shipment date and begin the return process. Products are returned in their original packaging – including all materials, in new or as-new condition, and you should also include your Return Authorization Number. To return an item, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Yifuli will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can contact us by phone or email for an RMA form for assistance.

Return process

① Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number:
All returns must have an RMA number for processing. For any assistance, please contact Yifuli at peaerkejiyy@gmail.com.
② Write the RMA number on the shipping label outside the package. The RMA number should be clearly displayed on the return label of any package returned to Yifuli. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Our warehouse may not accept packages without an RMA number on the return label.

Refund Policy

Yifuli offers a 30-day money back guarantee on items purchased directly from Yifuli.com. We are sure you will love your new Yifuli product. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please be sure to let us know within 30 days. Once we receive the product and confirm its validity, we can give you a full refund. In order to return your product within the 30-day return policy, please make sure: You have purchased the product directly from Yifuli.com. Sale items (where applicable) are refundable only on regular priced items, unfortunately no refunds on promotional items.

Return and Refund Conditions

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase, our policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Yifuli reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the terms and conditions are not met. Please note that Yifuli does not allow returns or refunds for the following products: Custom configured or branded products to your personal specifications. Products purchased from 3rd party retail partners. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or lost refunds

If you haven’t received any refund, double check your bank account again. If you pay by credit card, we will debit your account upon receipt of the product. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
You should also contact your credit card company directly if the credit line still hasn’t appeared – it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at peaerkejiyy@gmail.com.
